What part of San Diego County do you serve?
From Oceanside and San Marcos in the north down through Downtown San Diego, Mission Valley, the beach communities, and Imperial Beach. We list our active service neighborhoods on the service areas page — and we travel for the right commercial account.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license, plus business licenses in San Diego, Oceanside, and Carlsbad. Fully covered for general liability and workers' comp. We carry certificates and we send them.
Do you do residential work too?
We accept residential jobs, but our focus is commercial — property managers, hospitals, hotels, malls, restaurants. Residential customers get the same equipment and the same crew; we just don't actively market to that segment.
How fast can you quote?
Most commercial walkthroughs get a quote within one business day. Pressure-washing has a posted $275 minimum for up to 200 sq ft; everything beyond that is custom-quoted after a quick site visit.
What about water runoff from pressure washing?
We reclaim it. San Diego County stormwater regulations make runoff the property owner's liability — we take that off your plate by capturing and disposing of the dirty water rather than letting it hit the storm drain. That matters most for hospitals, restaurants, parking garages, and anywhere chemicals or grease are involved.
