The stormwater question
San Diego County's stormwater compliance regime is the property owner's responsibility. When a cleaning vendor lets oily, soap-laden runoff hit a storm drain, the city sees the property's drain ID — not the cleaner's license number. The fine lands with the building, not the truck.
Most operators don't carry reclamation equipment because it's expensive and slow. We do, because property managers and HOAs ask the question — and the right answer matters more than the speed of the job. What's the $275 minimum cover?
Up to 200 square feet of pressure washing. Think: an entry walkway, a small patio, a single dumpster pad. Larger areas are quoted by the square foot after a site visit.
Do you do residential driveways?
Yes, on request — but we don't actively market residential. Commercial accounts are our focus. If you have a residential job, we'll quote it the same way we quote anything else.
What about graffiti removal?
We handle graffiti removal with soft-wash chemistry and pressure-washing recovery. Tagged dumpster enclosures and exterior walls are common requests; quote varies with surface and paint.
Can you work after hours?
Yes — most commercial pressure washing happens overnight or before-hours to avoid disrupting tenants/customers. Schedule it once, recur it monthly or quarterly. We did exactly this for the Rady Children's Hospital parking garage — hot-water pressure wash, gum removal, and oil-stain treatment across a multi-level structure, run on night-shift cycles so the deck never closed.
